1. Who we are

This website, je.design, is operated by Jeremy Ellsworth Designs LLC (“je.design”, “we”, “us”), a design studio based in New Hampshire, USA. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our services

We provide creative and design services including brand identity, logo design, web design, vehicle wraps, apparel, and related work. Descriptions on this site are for general information; every engagement is defined by the scope, deliverables, and pricing we agree to with you directly.

3. Quotes & inquiries

Submitting the quote or contact form is a request for information — it does not create a contract, and any budget figures you select or we discuss are estimates until we confirm a written proposal. By submitting the form you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you consent to us contacting you about your inquiry by email or phone.

4. Payment

• Project pricing, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in your proposal or invoice.
• Unless agreed otherwise, work begins after the agreed deposit is received.
• We accept the payment methods listed on this site (including Square, Afterpay, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies).
• Final files and deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you. We retain ownership of drafts, unused concepts, and our working files, and we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless we agree in writing otherwise. All content on this website — designs, images, text, and code — belongs to je.design or its clients and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that any materials you supply for a project (logos, photos, copy, fonts) are yours to use and don’t infringe anyone else’s rights, and you agree to review and approve work in a timely manner so projects can stay on schedule.

7. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in a project is defined in your proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be quoted as additional work — we’ll always tell you before anything is billed.

8. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to misuse this website — including submitting false or automated form entries, attempting to disrupt or probe the site, or scraping its content. We may block access or discard submissions that appear automated or abusive.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, je.design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, and our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live at this page, with the date above showing when it last changed.
