What we collect, why we collect it, and what we’ll never do with it. No fine-print tricks.

1. Overview

This policy explains how Jeremy Ellsworth Designs LLC (“je.design”, “we”, “us”) handles your information when you visit je.design or contact our studio. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

2. Information we collect

Contact & quote form. Name, email, phone, business name, budget range, and your message — provided by you so we can respond to your inquiry.
Concierge chat. If you use the site’s chat assistant, the conversation and any contact details you share in it are logged so our team can follow up.
Site analytics. Anonymous usage events such as pages viewed, referrer, and general device type, used to understand how the site performs. This is not tied to your identity.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and communicate about your project.
To provide and improve our services and this website.
To screen out automated spam submissions (form entries are checked for signs of bot activity).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

4. Where it lives

Form submissions and chat logs are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase). Emails we send you are delivered through our email provider (Resend), and the website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Cookies & local storage

The site uses a small amount of browser storage for functional purposes — remembering site preferences and supporting anonymous analytics. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it unless we’re required to retain it.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email inquiry@je.design and we’ll take care of it promptly.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Third-party links

The site links to external platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, and others). Their privacy practices are their own — this policy covers je.design only.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
